I'm getting this same error " Failed to load sound "bhs\boomheadshot.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository"

It used to work...but not anymore. Anybody else getting this?

Same as you guys. Missing the file from disk/repository. I've had similar issues with headshot plugins...

I'm getting a new problem. When I headshot someone, the sound doesn't play but an error displays in the console :

SV_StartSound: bhs\boomheadshot_sniper.mp3 not precached (0)

If anyone needs FAST DL for the sound you can have it, set your server.cfg to:
sv_downloadurl "http://nautika.ddns.net:90/tf"
