It's no problem that it does not work for me. Cravenge's plugin was not working properly for me either. Thankfully, I do have a modified version of the OP plugin, and that still works well enough with the changes I made to it...

I use l4d_blackandwhite which I found on SirPlease's github, I changed #include <colors> to #include <multicolors> to use chat colors.
When B&W is notified in the chat, I would like it to make a sound: sound/ui/beep22.wav

could you add a check for when a player is healed/revived by using the give health command? The BW outline stays when this method is used.
