OBJECTIVE: A new CS:GO gameplay side methodology based on both teams getting more equal time on each side (T and CT).

Might be able to just modify the PUG Mod to introduce quarters of play

The new scoring method:

looks like my best bet is to use Warmod [BFG], if anyone has tons of spare time on their hands, and the required desire, they can feel free to modify it to have quarters (four total)
