Alright here's what happens
First spawn, rocket jump: hp is set to 100
Second spawn, rocket jump: hp is set to 100
Third, same thing.
Restarted the map
First spawn, falling: no hp lost (works)
Second, same thing.

It seems the first rocket jump drops hp to 100, then after that even falling will damage.

It shouldn't unless you are spawning with 100hp...

Or the array of max health isn't being overwritten.

I HAVE A SOLUTION FOR ONE OF YOUR PROBLEMS!

Got to the server console and put this 2 commands:

sm_cvar tf_damageforcescale_self_soldier_rj 1000
sm_cvar tf_damagescale_self_soldier 0.006

This way you will still rocket jump, but you will lose no health at all. I hope I helped you.

I want to remove self-damage from all classes whatever they do.

just change the cvar
tf_damagescale_self_soldier
to a lower value, and increase the appropriate forcescale cvars to account for the loss of impact...
should allow rocket jumps without taking much/any damage.

tf_damageforcescale_other i think is for demoman, but can't remember for sure.
