Can someone help me , yesterday i have open a server but is empty i s a way to bring players ?

Not really, play on it with few friennds, play on other servers and add new ppl and invite them to ur server.

Just try to make something cool and different, and bring your friends to the server and play till other people come, and try to put signs like [FastDL] [1000FPS] [24/7] and other signs, and try to make your server cool by putting much more plugins, and also you can try to make other servers like DeathRun server, and try to invite other people. Once your server goes to the 1st page of GT in your country, your server will have at least 5 people (Depends on your country gamers: How many people are playing CS in your country, but an average is about 4 or 5 people).
But totally, you should be patient, and when your server has 20 players (For example), don't think you are very popular and you are now the best server, no, you should wait for users to add this server in their favorites, also, install ranking system, install Played Time plugin, and make a website (Either free or paid), and write there like if you play (Let's say for example) for 500 minutes, you will be Silver Player (So add Silver Golden and Admin check plugin), and when people play on your server, they will say like 500 is nothing, and when they reach to silver, they will come always. I actually added B|S|G|D (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=214518) to my server, and there is a small amount of time needed to reach to Bronze, but as you go to reach to Diamond, it is too many minutes (For me for example Bronze is 1000 and Diamond is 8000), and when a player finishes (Reaches to Diamond or your latest level before being Admin), try to give him a rank to be Admin (Try to give hard ways so he cannot ignore it because when he was reached to Diamond, it was not so easy, so either he don't want to be Admin or he is going to be rank 1 (To be Admin, for example), so he will play much more, and if there is no other player than him, he will bring his friends to get rank 1 anyways).
So this is the best solution, but it needs to wait for 2 or 3 months and you should host 24/7 so when they like they can come and they can trust your server (Like if he reached to 7999 minutes, he is sure tomorrow your server is not closed).

EDIT: I saw two things in your server:-
1- Dproto
2- Outdated HLDS

BUILD 5408 SERVER (0 CRC)

So update your server to build 6027, and remove dproto, or someone annoying can crash your server with many exploits available for outdated HLDSs.
EDIT2: Yes! Your HLDS can be crashed. Proof: See the picture attached
And sorry if I crashed your server, just for helping you, cuz it shows there is a way to crash your server easily, but mine (6027) is not getting crashed with any way, so all of the bugs are fixed
