transparent background for Sprite

i want to make transparent sprite i'm using Sprite Explorer here is my image

but i can't get full transparency i can till see blue color at some places

the setting i use are

I've had this problem.
bmp use 16 colors. it solves.
he stands with few colors and does not appear that mixed blue.

i'm using Photoshop and saved with 16bit deepth same result no change
are there any standard colors that are to be used to get alphatest working properly

add a black color around your letters.

use corel photo pant.
remove degrade color. or paint windows in pincel
zoom 8x.

thats is nice, clean no background.
dam i cant get like that i bought Photoshop so is there a way to do it in Photoshop
