Well, at my zombie server few time ago same players started to complain about some error, that can get them join to my server, well i ignered it.
yestarday i reinstalled counter strike 1.6 again and i tryed to join my server and then BANG!

Could not connect to the server.
I went to see the console and :
Map [maps/zm_deko2.bsp] has incorrect BSP version (1329865020 should be 30).
Host_Error: Disconnect


But the problem isnt the map, because i alredy tryed all the maps, and still there are some players can play with no problems...

The problem is that the your version of zm_deko2 isn't the same as the one on the server.
Try deleting the map and reconnect.
If it still occurs and you got a fast dl server, reupload the map on the fast dl server,
delete the map on your pc, and redownload it when you connect to it.

like i said the problem isnt the map, it happens with dust2, inferno, official maps...

Only time i have heard about different bsp versions are when A) Player/Server has hacked binaries (aka not legit version of the game) B) Fast download host has different map than server has C) Player has different version of the map with same name in his machine than server has

I don't know why it is happening on default maps though, are you using a non-steam client or server ?
