[BUG] SQL_ThreadQuery and SQL_GetQueryString

If you call SQL_ThreadQuery and it fails, meaning failstate = 1, then the Handle:query is 0 and cannot be used with SQL_GetQueryString.

The whole purpose of SQL_GetQueryString was for debug purposes and this makes it so it won't work.

Oh, didn't read the unreleased (even to beta testers) changelog....didn't even know it was there...guess I'll compile it early.

That was 1.76b. 1.76b was already released. That's why I said you're a version behind.
