Hi there.
This happens everytime I try to install any plugin with "ScreenFade" message hooked(ex. No Teamflash). Is there a way to fix?

Don't install bad plugins.
If those plugins are approved plugin, then report the error in the plugin thread and PM a plugin approver sor he can unapprove that plugin if the author is inactive or fix the code etc...

well, the list is: standart plugins from amxx package, and any plugin with register_message( get_user_msgid("ScreenFade"), "whatever" );

There is nothing wrong with the standard AMX Mod X plugins so those are irrelevant. It would be nice if you provided what was asked of you:

anyway, an error occurs for every plugin bla-bla-lba, as I said earlier

even copying my plugins from dedicated to listen server didn't work
