1. Agree.
2. Plugin goal is stop attacking teammates with primary/secondary (usually by accident on a long distances) by simple forcing switch to the knife so player have no reasons to worry if he still hold down attack button.
I do not see the reason why i should add HE grenade support since usually you can have only one HE grenade so you can't attack with it again. Knife switch in that case seems pointless for me.
