    Simple plugin modification that was requested.

    This will most likely only be used on servers that use a unique gamemode with timers like bhop, surf, xc, etc. but you can modify the command in the code to something like sm_pausertv if you want it more universal.

    Use sm_speedrun to prevent people from adding new rtvs. You can then use it again to "unpause" votes.

    You must use the included translation file, or add this to your current one:
    PHP Code:
    "Speedrun Enabled"

    {

    "en"            "Rock the vote has been disabled for speedrunning."

    }
    "Speedrun Disabled"

    {

    "en"            "Rock the Vote has been re-enabled."

    Thanks to blacky for helping with function prototypes not matching error.

    Changelog:
    11/14/15 (Version 1.1)- Added auto disabling of "rockthevote.smx" if it wasn't removed by the server administrator using code from sourcebans to unload basebans.smx
