you know what. that plugin is like adverts. maybe you should have it automaticaly display the sayings.
but i am not sure if its possible with the plugin. would be nice though.

one idea: can you add an option (for admins only) for playing sounds with this menu?

all gamers can have a text messages only, but admins will have a sounds menu too.

At one point yes, but I am waiting until the official sourcemod admin GUI is designed to hook into it there.
