That error means you are missing a module. So, find the module that is required by the plugin.

If you don't have the source code then you shouldn't use the plugin (for safety reasons). We can't really help you find the correct module. First, you should find out from where you got the plugin (and get the source code while you are at it). Otherwise, you can try to find related modules and do the test and check method.

plugin name:- npc_dias_dione.amxx
i asked dias for source code but he replied
"this is not my version"
So that author has edited dias version
but not releasedhis source code
Anyways i only want to clear that
is any inc file needed to clear this shit?
like money.inc

It has NOTHING to do with finding an include file. Include files are used in the source code (which you don't have). You need to find the module. If they don't provide the source code to the plugin then they are violating laws and you should not trust the plugin.
