It's not the gamedata, the skeletons themselves have been changed. Nothing the gamedata can do.

i know it has been a while since someone posted on this thread, but i wanted to let you know of my experience with your plugin. I own an HL2DM server and was very excited to give this a try. I went ahead and downloaded everything, placed all the models correctly and configured the download list. At first, everything seemed to work well, everything downloaded and hats were working correctly, but as maps changed, the delay in the change increased (only by a few seconds) but it was noticeable. As time went on, selecting hats would not work and even though everything was in its place, error messages would show up on their heads. As more time passed, players began to spawn missing weapons.

I just wanted to say that it was fun while it lasted but uninstalled this plugin. I would absolutely love a working version of this, but it seems development of this has been dormant. Thank you for making this and I hope you revisit this project one day.
