I will describe on the native language, use the translator (I think so it will be better)
иногда на выделенном сервере в режиме versus появпоявляется проблема - когда миссия заканчивается - сервер выкидывает всех игроков, но не сбрасывает сервер на первую карту миссии, а также не меняет миссию.
вместо этого в игре появляются боты (выжившие), зомби и танки. все боты бессмертны.
при смене вручную в этот момент карты сервер падает с ошибкой с++.
мой плагин принудительно в конце миссии после подсчета очков кикает всех ботов и вместе с игроками переходит к первой карте указанной в плагине миссии..

Ok, let me get this straight! The problem I have for my verus only server is that when the versus campaign ends, it kicks everybody out of the server and resets to the first map of the same campaign instead of going to the first map on the next versus campaign. I always have to force a map change to the first map on the next versus campaign with HLSW. Does this plugin fix this problem, and if so, how?

yes.
It only works with Farm versus and Hospital versus missions.

so, put smx into soucemod plugins and cfg into sourcemod configs..and everything should be set. Just a warning though, my server is versus campaigns only. I have all co-op campaign maps phsyically deleted from my server and their names deleted from all the map lists. My mapcycle.txt also looks like this:
l4d_vs_farm01_hilltop
l4d_vs_hospital01_apartment

will that have any effect?

thats exactly how i have mine setup and it works fine.
if you want to try it after you install it,switch to a end map (05) play both rounds,fastest way is to just slay all the survivors,after the 2nd round it should switch to first map of next campaign without kicking you.

The flexible decision is found
Will not be to a binding to maps in a plug-in
You will adjust the necessary cycle in config file
The new plug-in is tested
