For servers that use valve's built in afk kicker (mp_autokick) this uses the built in command mp_disable_autokick on users with reserve slot access.

Also provides a generic admin command to disable autokick for users without reserveslot access (normally can only be done via rcon).
sm_disable_autokick <userid>

Nice. Great job. Some ideas to make this plugin even better:

1- A command to disable autokick for groups like:

sm_disable_autokick_admins 1
sm_disable_autokick_users_1

That way we will not need to type the user name.

2- Have the ability to make exceptions using a command like this:

sm_enable_autokick <userid>

XDDD. That way the plugin should be called AutoKick Manager!
