Hello everyone, I did everything from this page

When I type in ambuild it starts copying a myriad of files but then gets stuck here:
Tried on two different computers (win7, win10), running the batch file with admin privileges - same outcome. It's as if the window is frozen yet it isn't taking up any resources or become non-responding - I can't type anything into the cmd line.
I'm using MSVC compiler tools 2015 (C++ 14.0)
What could be causing this? Please help!
