I was able to upload a .ICO to my test server [mod icon] and I was able to use it as a shell. [Means that I can control my computer through it]
Please fix it, everybody would like it.

I really don't know - try posting this question on the sourcebans forums maybe someone there can answer it. I believe PeaceKeeper has been active over there but not over here for some reason.

Probably because nobody ever uses the forums over there at all. I've run into support threads from a few years back with 0 response. I don't think it's been used in a very very veeeeeeeeery long time.

I use them over there... peace answered pretty quickly, but he's been AFK here it seems or no other support for SB's exists here aside from community help from those that have or still use it.

Shame too, the whole thing could use a overhaul but I'll admit I don't have the skills to do it.

I get the following error: Database failure: [1044/1045/1130/2002/2003]
Your MySQL server does not allow incoming connections from your gameserver. To fix this, you can do either of the following:
* Go into your webserver's control panel and check if there's a section called MySQL Access Hosts or something named similar. There you can add the IP address mentioned in the error. This is usually the IP of your gameserver, but it can also be slightly different, so make sure you copy and paste it exactly from the error.
* The other option is to run the following query on your SourceBans database (for example using phpMyAdmin):
GRANT ALL ON database.* TO 'username'@'ip';
You will have to replace "database" with your SourceBans database name, and "username" and "ip" with those mentioned in the error.
but since you said you already added the game server IP# to the access host list - my question is what provider are you using for the game server?

GameServers.com, I asked them, and they said they do support sourcebans and you should be able to install with no problem.

hm ok I got an idea... first off change the "host" to your domain name to the site like below:
see what I'm thinking is you are on a shared host and you are targeting the machine but not the space you rent.
If that doesn't work I got one more idea to go along with that
