Hello guys! I have some VPS some with openvz and some with kvm.
The server run smoothly when there are not a lot of players but as soon as there are more than 10 players it starts to get laggy, sv and var spikes up to 20 and 5 and then they go back to normal, the spikes are happening once every 5 seconds. The spikes cause people to teleport back a bit.

Server specs:
Xeon 1650v3 (virtualized but it's being used 100% by us)
32 Gb of ram
1gbps bandwidth (600gbps at worst)

it depends on quality of your server provider,
i had one with 4 Gb of ram but still laggy but why? cause they have sold more than they could handle and that's the result!

Server provider is an ovh reseller and we are the only clients using the whole dedicated server. It was my first thought too but we got a vps to test which was on One not used node with kvm and the problema was still there

Virtualized is never better, you will lose performance.. even if you're the only one using it. Running on 128 tick? Try lowering to 64.

For CS:GO, Windows runs smoother. Try lowering tickrate if you're @ 128.

SourceMod plugins list?

Tried both 128 and 64 tick and both vanilla with no plugins and with plugins. The results are the same.
