can anyone please guide me to covert HLDS to reHLDS.I have the the access to files through Game hosting site and it shows access denied when i try to replace swdl.dll file.What should i do?

IMO, you shouldn't use ReHLDS. If you want to use it on a game host's server, you'll have to ask them to do it.

Another option would be to use rename_file to overwrite the original engine file, if the user running hlds has write permissions on it. (some do, other don't, and also some use non-standard folders and you'll have to use something like read_dir to find it)
