Did a plugin, I compiled it OK, but not what I want to do

I want when I start a round, say what is there in the text

But is not that I'm doing wrong

You are only saying that "showWarn" means to show a message. You are missing the part of calling showWarn when the round starts.
Search for plugins that do that, and look at their code.

Trying in spanish:

Tu solamente estas a dicer que "showWarn" significa mostrar una mensagen. Te falta llamar a "showWarn" cuando la ronda comienza.
Busca por plugins que hagan eso, e mira lo respectivo codigo.

Tienes q llamar a la funcion pero tien q ser siempre q la ronda comienza e tienes q a llamar para tuedos los jugadores.
