Import CSS Player Models to CS:GO

Hy! Does anyone has a tutorial on this? I know how to import weapon models from CSS to CSGO but doesn't work with player models.

Hi OXYD,

I do not have any experience with this myself, but with a bit of google research I found a link that has a tutorial for porting models between Source Engine games. I'm not sure how much help this is but you can always give it a shot! As you do need to edit the base game files I recommend you to make a backup of the files you're going to be editing first.

Sorry to hear that, which player models exactly are you trying to import? What sort of files are they? And are they similar to the CS:GO ones?

Well for this you must know how to assign a mesh to a new skeleton, you could search on the blenderforums for tutorials but I tell you that you would not learn modelling in a new days...

So no one made a tutorial on importing player models? thats weird. Than i guess i'll have to do the hard coding thing and violate google xD.

Maybe its better to import directly game player model (like a fortnite skin directly to CS:GO) i think its easier? idk, worth trying. Thanks
