and

blood rain, if you can help me how to edit .spr i will do it by my self,
and it would be great to have puddles of blood water all around the map, randomly created.,,,.

Is there any programer with free time ?

If you really want it, then just search for it in this forums... Its already exists, im pritty shure of it
