desired command : amx_ssban <nick> <time> <reason> - bans steamid+ip

why you want to ban ip when you can ban with steamid...
write at console:
rcon meta list

I don't think you understood what Ayman just said.
If there are "steamidchangers" in your server you must be running a nonsteam server.
We don't support nonsteam.
