Server crash with 1.71 load

Ive searched and could not find anything that relates to this.

I installed amxmodx 1.70 no problem. then I went to upgrade to 1.71, still no problem untill I tried to start my server back up. Whenever I loaded my server, it would crash and automatically give me the "send error report screen".

Other information that might be needed:
Windows Xp
HLDS CS 1.6 Server

The game did not even give me an error, it just gave the to send error report.

Try installing it from scratch.

such as uninstalling amxx alltogether and then reinstalling it?

Yes. Make a backup of your server first, if you wish.
