One server of counter-strike 1.6 if isn't added on gametracker can pe populated?Players can see it on internet to entry?
I have 2 servers and if I not add on gametracker or some statistics don't drop players like before...
The problem is that my server don't appear on Internet when I searched it.
I have in server.cfg this settings to appear my server in first servers on Internet but that doesn't happen:
sv_lan 0
sv_region 255
sys_tickrate 1000
fps_max 999

If you can connect to your server, then it's public and anyone can join.
Have you tried adding your server to a server tracker or even in HLSW?

I don't added it nowhere, if I don't added it of some server tracker/statistics players don't see my server?
Before I know if I turn on server he appear on steam masterserver Internet.

It all matters from the configuration file. From where the Masterserver browser is retrieving server ip's.

Check the configuration file. I think there's a website where it gets all the raw ips'
