this clearly shows you dont have the plugin in your plugins file. If for some reason there was a fault with HPK it would show as a error in that list.

it does not detect the admin interface when using BAT.

No, I'm saying it's not detecting the admin interface at all.
I could make 'forgivetk' work properly by changing the internal name 'BAT' with any other chars, say BAS, CAT, FAT etc., inside 'bat.1.ep1.dll'. After that, the immunity and admin detection of forgivetk plugin worked like a charm. Now I'm getting both messages 'found admin interface' and 'a plugin has registered immunity as a custom....'. With 'BAT' name, immunity doesn't work. But with HPK plugin it didn't work in any way. I want to have that, because I have a friend, admin on my server, with a pretty high ping, and the HPK keeps kicking him. And i'm getting no message from HPK saying that it finds the interface or immunity.

Does this need recompiling against 1.8? Whenever i try use this plugin on 1.8 server crashes on startup.

Forgot to mention: Server is windows & Game is TF2 (maybe it broke after an update, but im sure its after i updated to MM:S 1.8 ).
