I recently set up my server. Installed L4DToolZ 1.0.0.9h, however, the player limit does not increased. In co-op mode, no more than 4 players can enter the server, and in versus mode no more than 8.

CVars:

sv_maxplayers "12"
sv_visiblemaxplayers "12"

sv_force_unreserved tried 0 and 1. No difference.
