I use both the commands: "z_difficulty impossible" "sm_cvar z_difficulty impossible".
I use windows.

EDIT: If i put "z_difficulty impossible" on the menù, and then i write "map c1m1_hotel versus", the zombie do 20 damage per hit, so it works (i leave "l4d2_force_difficulty" on 0).
When i change difficulty ingame (or the map change), automatically zombies return to do the 2 damage per hit and never change until i EXIT the game (return to the menù, set the difficulty to impossible and restart my server doesn't work).
If i put "l4d2_force_difficulty 1" nothing happen, the problem still remain. So in my game the "l4d2_force_difficulty" cvar is useless.
What can i do to keep the versus game on impossible?
And how can i change the difficulty during the game without restrict it to normal?
