First thanks for your answer.
But this Plugin doesn't help anything, it even made the Server crash more often (every 10 mins than every 3 hours!)

The issue is being worked on, but really that fix by Kyle should at least help, particularly in reaching the state where you're actually running out of edicts (so that sv_lowedict_threshold and sv_lowedict_action will sorta-work).

In addition, check if it's the same crash when that plugin is running, or if it's a different one.

In the past few days I had crashes again, but somehow not because of ED_ALLOC, but something else.
The last log entry is different everytime..

I have a new stacktrace. Still no free edicts, tried using that plugin of KyleS but didn't work.

Added -debug to my command line now and now I get a full core dump.

However, the Crash Handler seems to crash itself:

For now: gamedata update.

If it doesn't work, change "CTFPlayer::EquipWearable" to "EquipWearable".
