Hi guys I want when i change my map to any map
i want first round all fighting by knife no one can use weapons only after 60seconds finish 1seconds can use weapons
then back to base new round all back default

when back to 0
hud message ( sv_restart 1 ) too showing after 60 seconds finished
and all can use weapons for 1 seconds

First 60 seconds after map change should be knives only if i'm not mistaken. No Game_Commencing etc.

everywhen map changed
60seconds all teams choosen weapons but can't use it only KNIFE
no one can change knife
and after 60 seconds done have sv_restart 1 hud teams can click & or é to use weapons and
then back TO BASE new round normally
