in short, I want you to allow them to hide their password from setinfo.

Still impossible, it is a client side setting (You CAN change it), but you can't just also expect that amxmodx will work correctly when this value is changed.

1. As someone said: Use Steam for admins to avoid use of setinfo _pw
2. Even if you want to have unique names (I understand), i have sure that forum has a lot of plugins that reserves nicknames for admins.
3. You can just try explain how setinfo can be 'hacked', so maybe some solution can be made to avoid that.
4. Maybe create a custom plugin that not uses setinfo for store passwords, but some menu when player connects into the server to put the password (And this last is my suggestion to amxmodx 1.10 dev branch )

Information can't just be STOLEN from client, and you also can't just change when player enter and restore after leaves since flag access won't be given to admin.
In fact, setinfo information can be very easily viewed and stolen.
I don't know why this method is even used in AMXX. It's completely unsafe.

Stolen for who? Since nobody shows how can be exploited, also is not the main problem here.
I can assume that is a excuse to non-steammers that not have a valid id to use with amxx admin system, and still need use outdated user/password system.

Then why is there name method in the default AMXX, not a plugin from someone made it? Why AMXX supports name then? how is it outdated?

probably refers to it as an old function, and there are other ways to register an admin.

I have made it quite clear why I do not want SteamID authentication, why i want nickname and how they want to manifest.

I want that when entering an admin on the server the function "setinfo _pw" is hidden.

can't be done, no problem .
you can give / tc , I clarified ....

It's always been able to be stolen, so it's not really "outdated".

Every server can change their "_pw" to something else, and I guess people wont be able to get their passwords anymore, unless they know the new one

So this is not a problem with _pw itself, is the user that forgot original password
Again, nobody can provide a practical example how _pw can be stolen.
