For me its crashing when i have admin_sql.amxx activated. maybe someone can fix it ?

Recompile, or better, check the installation files of sql + cvars

Lol? It was not that hard to figure out. When you start your server with +map parameter it initially starts with that particular map but as soon as your server loads it changes the map to de_dust2. Just remove de_dust2 from either server.cfg or remove +map parameter from your startup lines.
