Hi,
I can't understand how and why, but since few weeks, maybe month, when I ban someone or mute someone (I use sourcecomms), its not saving on SQL.
So, i'm using flag Z, so I have all of flags on each servers.
The bug is the same on all servers.
Some friends are just "admin" with some flags, and it works fine for sourcebans and sourcecomms, all is saving on DATABASE when someone is banned or muted.
Then, on error logs, when i want mute someone I have this :

But, its curious all settings databases, user and password are good.
