Just a thought, I hear only peeps caught on Kigens servers are on the global banlist. I would propose that all cheaters get added to the banlist, it's not like server owners running KAC can trick it to make it look like someones cheating if they aren't right? Or is there some flaw Kigen that could make this a problem? I think it would be a great deterrent to cheaters and LUA fuckheads we probably average 2 or 3 bans a day on KAC.

That is really easy to do. Not to mention the fact that KAC is open source, a malicious host could just edit it to globally ban anyone that joined the server.

I believe you must be hosted with kigen, in order so he can make sure that you dont do anything false.

Can anyone get the permission to use this "specical" version of KAC, is it by request, or only big communities may use it?
I mean version that adds bans to global list.

Aside from what I said earlier, it is not possible to obtain the private version of KAC.
