I got this error

and my cs version is v32.1 and i just wanted to start ZP 4.3Beta-1 server

I'm not the right person to respond you but, i think that you are precaching more than the allowed data. I mean: you have too much models, sounds, sprites.

Joa is correct, you have precached too many models in the server, delete some that are not needed.
