Simply nightvision with advertisement about buying it (by typing command) with configurable price and frequency of advertisement. Kinda weird that it's not already done. I've seen working NV in Roll The Dice plugin by Popoklopsi.

In GO there's no flashlight and nightvision by default. Flashlight plugin is already done.
