hey guys..Im new here and I need to know how to create an actual server that people with steam can play on!

I need to have admin mods and other mods!
If anyone has instructions how to do that it would be much apreciated!

yea I tryed that but it isnt a steam game it always comes up with some protocol is outdated and I can't plau I need simple steps

What? That link is for the standalone dedicated server, it is for steam games. The only thing that it will install is the latest version.

Yea if you are using the standalone dedicated server software then trying to login to server using a non-steam/WON version of game then yes...you probly will get a protocol issue...

Hence make sure the game you are playing on is steam...
