[CSS] Simple vote

Hello! Help me write a simple vote
It sounds simple, but for some reason I'm stupid

You write in the chat command (e.g.!vote) and a vote starts
Example:

Title: "do you like server?"
1. "Yes"
2. "No"

in the voting process - Print Hint Text To All "vote count": Yes(4) No(10)
next: print to chat all - most votes for "No"

You dont need a plugin for that.

All you have to do is write

!vote do you like server

in chat

or

Code:

sm_vote "do you like server"

in console

I just need a script to edit it for writing another plugin
The idea of my plugin is this: if someone threw a bomb for textures, then CT can say !bomb in chat and start voting only for ct team for returning bomb to T spawn.
But since I'm a noob, I need to push off from something.
If there were people who could help in writing the script, then I would be only too happy, otherwise I will try to write my own first plugin
