Okay I tried the Steam Module but I am having a few issues with it. I have added my SteamID and my Group in both config files, but the bot is not sending me a message. I see it sign on to Steam, but then it goes offline without sending me anything.

Also this appears to be crashing my server at times, with two different error codes.

PHP Code:
[calladmin_steam.smxFailed to to send messageresult was: (30
AND
PHP Code:
[calladmin_steam.smxSocket Error610009
Also what does the "Take Over" button do on the Admin client? It says it will mark the call as finished, where will it show as finished? And it says that it will be ignored next time, does that mean if the player is reported again it will ignore it?

snaggle: from what i heard, the takeover should tell other admins that you handled the call somehow. And you cannot report the same player if a call is still open for that player. (reduces spam i presume) would be nicer to have a counter. (if you get 5 reports on the same guy, you can be pretty sure he's nasty)

First of all, this should never ever crash your server.
If it crashes your server it's probably a failure within the extension, not the module.
We have tested this very extensively, we never had any crash occured (only on unload which was fixed prior release).

The first message from MessageBot says that there were no recipients to send a message to.
The other message from Socket says that there was a receive error (if i remember correctly).
Socket is only used to fetch communityids from the members of group(s), thus if you have steamids in the steamid list the first error shouldn't happen.
Can you send me both your config files?

As for the takeover, basically it will mark the call as handled in the database, currently this is only used by the client (popo might tell you more information how).
Our plan is to make the mysql functionality optional and release it as a module dedicated to mysql functionality, we might use this data too in this module then.

Yours sincerely
Impact

@Doc-Holiday

It sends the message to the steamids/communitysIds you added before with MessageBot_AddRecipient. To send it to the members of a group, Call Admin read out the group member ids.

MessageBot is independent of Call Admin.

Impact and I talking a lot yesterday how do handle the hole new structure with new natives and forwads, maybe you have also some idea hehe ^^
I was just asking about that so I can finish the addon to bridge rtf and this.

He said you're Likely to change the API so once it's set I'll finish the addons. There written just waiting on a final version.

Yes, the take over button isn't so powerful, yet.

It marks the call as handled in the database, and when someone, or you, open the client again, all handled calls will be ignored. I'll plan to colour the call on all opened clients to green.

@ Doc-Holiday

I sent you an PM

May you add color support for CS:GO (purple&red) with cvars too? Something like sm_call_admin_tag_color "red", where the chat tag [CALLADMIN] in front of any text could be red or purple.

I want to use this plugin with my reported players plugin, which sends data to a mysql table where a php file fetches it. If you gonna implement this, I would give you the source code of my plugin, if needed. I really like it seeing the reports on my page like your idea with the webinterface, if it does not support this yet =) -> www.psy-gaming.de/reported-players.php

The problem is you can't compile the colors.inc and the morecolors.inc at the same time, because they have the same stocks.
