I do not know much about sourcecode. I just made and uploaded this because people said it is simple to use. I didn't state anywhere that sm_browse was a command. What is it meant to do?

A quick look at your sourcecode, and it seems that

!sm_vip
/sm_vip

are not actually commands.

You might wanna remove that from the op. I also don't suggest fixing this little 'overlook'.

It opens a web browser [Not steam web browser, motd like something] and sends you to www.mysite.com

I need this since i need to tell my players where to pay, the payment function is in my website.

ah I see. I will see what I can do.

EDIT: I have looked at the helpmenu plugin and even the links there are not working for me. I have no idea how to fix this. I have contacted the creator of the helpmenu plugin and I will see if I can get links working.

Using !sm_vip work perfectly. I don't see what the issue is.

I know this is a late reply, but I found out that the way it searches for admins, is that it looks for groups with the b flag. if you give an owner the b flag, they should show up in the list.
