you can only completely disable the revolver with this fix... why doesn´t it count, if i entered sm_restrict_revolver_ct "1" and sm_restrict_revolver_t "1" ?

yes, you have to compile it by yourself. compiled it with sourcemod-1.8.0-git5798-windows and it worked, but i only can restrict to 0 or unlimited. If i limit it to 1 it is just unlimited, don´t know why.

I don't suppose someone would mind uploading the compiled version of the revolver fix please? The original seems to have broken my server.
