Is your mysql/web server hosted on the same machine as your gameserver?
If not, then "host" "localhost" is incorrect.

I can't help you much without an error message.
Type "sm plugins info TF2_Stats" into rcon and it should report any errors.

There isn't a setting.
You should see "Player xxx has connected from xxx and is ranked #x with xx points" for every player connecting.
Copy-paste what is being printed to chat or post a screenshot link.
In any case, your problem will be related to your GeoIP.dat file

my database and my server hosted at my computer(i use apache+php+mysql). I already creat datebase called stats and in this database i have 5 tables: data,founditems,killlog,map,player.

Hi Galadril, i just noticed the new weapons show up in the player ranking but not in the weapon ranking.

how do you have it do multiple servers?

i have two servers i would like it to do rank for.

For multiple server you need to us a mysql database and from the databases.cfg on each server you point to that database. Read the manual in the OP.

I dont know if its been mentioned already but the newest webbuild is checking for "compare results" everytime you select a "single playername" from the player list index (mainpage) + player_rankings and top10 when you select just one player link
