[REG] Vip plugin for furien mod

Hello i need vip plugin for furien mod .
So what vip gets ?

Free Armor+Helm
You Get 500$ per kill and per HS 800$
You Get 15HP per kill and per HS 30HP
You See bullet damage at real time.
Write /vips u will see VIP's online.
CT olnly gets every three round free m4a1 with unlmitie clip
T only get every three round free deagle with 3 bullet only
Free paracuite
VIP label on scoreboard
3% change to respawn

If you can't make all plese make some of these ...

Is it possyble to make for vip like i have throwing knifes plugin and normal players have amx_cvar amx_knifeammo 1 but i want for vips amx_knifeammo 3 Is it bossyble ?
