i cant update my sourcebas to v 1.4.6. or 1.4.7- it shows
"Checking current database version... 342
Installation up-to-date"
but in admin control panel i still see version 1.4.5

You have to replace all files to update. Running the /updater only updates your database.

E.g. the version number is stored in the init.php.

Just installed the latest sourcemod 1.4 dev 3139 and now I think sourcebans and the game server can't communicate admin/group data between each other. RCON commands and server status works and I believe bans can also transfer as well, but admin/group status cannot. The sourcemod update has broke my admin privilages completely.

I even tried to change the admin.cfg and groups.cfg manually but to no effect. I also tried rehashing the group and admin.cfg by re-adding the server on sourcebans again with admin access but that didn't help either.

Confirm?

Here are the errors I'm getting in the log:
L 10/16/2010 - 10:10:08: [sourcebans.smx] Verify Ban Query Failed: no such table: sb_bans
L 10/16/2010 - 10:10:46: [sourcebans.smx] Query Failed: near "SET": syntax error
L 10/16/2010 - 10:10:47: [sourcebans.smx] Failed to retrieve groups from the database, no such table: sb_srvgroups
L 10/16/2010 - 10:10:47: [sourcebans.smx] Failed to retrieve admins from the database, near "SELECT": syntax error

I didn't even touch the sql database at all when I upgraded sourcemod.

Hey, today I've got a ban submission from one of my players and reason is as follows:

He\'s wallhacking...obviously. And maybe a little bit of an aimbot, not sure on that though. Even if I don\'t have admin spec He\'s tracing people through the walls. Aimbot..maybe a bit.

The ' sign is unnecessarily escaped.
