I redesigned the algorithm so that it consumes very little resources.
Repair problem that lead to explosion of tank''s rock.
Fix problem about there are two star fall exsit at one time.

so,I use "l4d_star_tank", set to "100"
the same with "l4d_star_witch" set to to "100"
and , unfortunately,still nothing happen >"<

TANK的血量會變回正常(比方我原本設定39999)
