I need to add addons it on a dedicated server that I have, but I put it in the addons folder and it's just for me. How could I convert it to .smx or another solution to be able to work for other people who enter my server? thank you from brazil.:piscadela:

Use SteamCMD to install a dedicated server of the game/mod you want to run.
Now install meta and sourcemod into your dedicated server directory.

can you give an example of addon?

If you are talking about custom models (like a new tank model) you need the model in the server, add it to download table in a FastDL server and have a plugin to change the model.

I already have the server installed with metamod, sourcemod etc.

but I was wondering if you can use a .vpk addon to work with players that connect to the server, the plugins in the plugins folder work correctly for everyone, but the .vpk addons in the addons folder only work for me. print of my paste: https://prnt.sc/113eptl

It only works probably cause you have the same files in your machine, unless your client has the files too it won't change nothing by itself
