No need to say, there is already many noscope plugins in this forum!
but its differrent!
it prevent players from scoping at all, without stripping weapon or something like that!
i attached 2 methods in the below!

Installation
.sp in scripting
.smx in plugins
.txt in configs
done!

i recommend you to use FOV method
