The two sounds in the zip archive a too quiet in game. Using Windows media player(and any other player) they are enough loud for FF2. What is the problem. How to increase/boost the sound volume? What I have done so far:

• Downloaded the sounds from YouTube
• The bitrate was wrong and converted them to 128kbps. Checked frequency and it's 44100(correct frequency)
• Currently use MP3 Quality Modifier to change these specs.

Can someone fix it for me please or give advice?

In something like audacity, you need to boost the sound so that it's consistently at or above 0db(Don't push it too hard, that's how you destroy ears). 0db(Or maximum loudness) seems to be where a sound needs to be to be heard well enough. You can probably get away with a few db under 0 with it still sounding loud.

I personally use FLStudio(music software) to brickwall a sound at 0db so I can push it as hard as I need without getting severely distorted.
