[HELP] VIP Plugin Error

I am using this plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=209501 but when i do /wantvip it says ml-not found. And also in the console it says that line one from vip.txt is wrong. Please help.
This is what the console says: 02/26/2016 - 17:51:01: Invalid multi-lingual line (file "cstrike/addons/amxmodx/data/lang/vip.txt" line 1)

make sure that all files in the correct place

Go to data/lang/vip.txt & copy-paste all lines in a new notepad, then save that file with same name in: ANSI format
